Nevertheless, some virtual assistants fill in some more advanced roles due to their particular skill sets.

For this type of work, you don’t need a fancy degree or high-tech skills. If you feel like you are a good communicator and a problem solver, maybe this job is for you. 

Expect to answer calls, but also give guidance to customers via chat and email.  One challenge could be the timezone, so make sure you ask your employer about schedule requirements.

Customer support services range from assisting customers in planning, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrading, and upgrading. The term ‘customer support is mostly related to people working in the Software As A Services and tech companies dedicated to supporting customers with products and services that require ongoing tech assistance.

Sometimes, you’ll have to use highly specialized translation software to encourage efficiency and consistency, but this software is really easy to operate.

Of course, each of these jobs can require a different skill set in addition to your language capability. Also, jobs will vary by the language you speak. However, this is a great job for non-techie digital nomads who don’t want to code at all!

In the role of digital marketer, you’ll be involved in developing an organization’s multi-channel communication strategies and may work across several areas, or specialize in a few, depending on the size and requirements of your employer.

Some common digital marketing techniques that you might be working with are Social media marketing, Search Engine Optimization(SEO), pay-per-click campaigns(PPC), mobile marketing, and affiliate marketing.

This was an office job not too long ago, but nowadays there are a lot of Art Directors out there who are location independent and they’re doing quite well.

If you would be working in an office, you’d have to present ideas live to the clients and get feedback from them. Most likely, you will be doing that on Zoom today. 

You will be part of a creative team that you have to brief on the work and a copy writer will be your right hand, doing the copies for your art.

Medical Writers generally focus on either scientific medical writing, which includes medical studies, drug trials, and regulatory documents, or marketing medical writing.

The primary employers of medical writers are hospitals, academic institutions, and pharmaceutical companies. Therefore, if you are looking to apply for this type of digital nomad job, you should keep this employer in mind.

Medical Writers work with clinical teams and clients to understand the nature of the scientific work that they will be covering. They assess data or products using their medical expertise and quickly develop expertise in new areas as needed for their writing.

Medical Writers compile, write, and edit medical writing deliverables covering all phases of clinical research for submission to regulatory agencies. Medical Writers help write studies for submissions to the FDA. Their writing is also used in publications or medical journals, or for internal company use. 

Medical Writers also write scientific copy for a broader audience, including scientific liaisons, healthcare professionals, and pharmaceutical representatives, and develop and write pharmaceutical training materials.

A Medical Writer must be aware of current industry practices and regulatory requirements that affect medical writing.

You can do video therapy from virtually anywhere with the internet, a camera, and some privacy. It closely mimics in-person therapy since you and your therapist can physically see each other and talk, live. 

Make sure that both you and the patient have privacy and safe spaces to talk.
