Challenge
The Data Science team works within the Product organization to build data-driven products that fundamentally improve hiring by focusing on human potential and connecting talent to opportunity.
The team manages everything AI-related, from chatbots to assessing language used in video interviews, and more. Currently, the team is entering a new phase of innovation with candidate matching and GenAI-based tools.

What you’ll do
– Develop new algorithms and models to improve our products
– Extract and analyze the clients datasets around human interactions and decisions
– Formulate success metrics and algorithms for completely novel products
– Design and analyze experiments to test new product ideas
– Other duties as assigned
In order to succeed in this position, you will need:
Mandatory skills
– Advanced/fluent English skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– 2+ years of Data Science work experience
– Degree in a quantitative discipline (MS or PhD preferred) – Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science,
Physics, Engineering, etc.
– Experience with standard Machine Learning algorithms, including model evaluation and hyperparameter
tuning
– Experience with algorithmic fairness is a plus
– Familiarity with recommender systems preferred
– Proficiency with novel NLP techniques (embedding models)
– Must program in a scripting language such as Python. Familiarity with machine learning
Python libraries like numpy, scikit, and pandas is required.
– Able to collaborate with the clients Industrial-Organizational Psychology team to perform
novel research to remain pioneers in hiring technology
– Able to translate business objectives into actionable analyses
– Able to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
