About the Role:
At TrustEngine we are building the next generation of SaaS platform that helps loan officers be more effective and brings data and accountability to lenders. We connect mortgage lenders to borrowers and drive recommendations for the right conversations so borrowers are optimizing their short and long term home ownership goals.
As a Product Manager at TrustEngine, as an individual contributor, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of our product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, market insights, and customer needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation, enhance user experience, and achieve business outcomes.
You will oversee Loan Officer adoption of the TrustEngine Platform. Drive adoption by creating a product they can’t resist. You’ll analyze user behavior, identify friction, and design solutions that make their workflows seamless, drive huge value, and create raving fans of a product they can’t live without. We work fast and agile, so flexibility and incrementality is a key mindset for this role. Move fast, be imperfect, and be honest about the imperfection as we get better.
