Responsibilities:

Conversion Strategy & Testing: Develop, implement, and manage conversion optimization strategies, including A/B and multivariate testing to identify impactful improvements.

Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze website and funnel performance, using tools like Google Analytics, to pinpoint drop-off points and conversion barriers.

User Experience Optimization: Partner with UX/UI teams to optimize page designs, layouts, and user flows, focusing on smooth, user-centered experiences.

Landing Page Optimization: Design and test landing pages tailored to target audiences, maximizing relevance and engagement.

Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure CRO efforts align with overall business objectives.

Reporting & Recommendations: Track and report on CRO performance, delivering actionable insights and recommending strategies to boost conversion metrics.
