We are seeking a gifted and experienced Art Director to lead the creative output of our marketing department. This role involves both strategic direction and hands-on development of website content, advertising campaigns, and marketing collateral. The Art Director will elevate and effectively communicate our brand identity across all online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Creative Projects: Oversee the creation of content for the website, tradeshows, printed materials, social media, and print advertising.

Manage Creative Team: Direct and mentor a team of photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and 3D visualization artists.

Hands-On Development: Participate actively in design tasks using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Brand Elevation: Grasp and enhance our brand identity, ensuring consistency and excellence in all creative outputs.

Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to produce high-quality content that aligns with company goals.

Stay Trend-Aware: Keep abreast of emerging design trends and incorporate them into our creative strategy.
Qualifications
Must-Have:

Experience: Minimum of 6 years in a similar role within the luxury sector.

Portfolio: An outstanding portfolio showcasing your design expertise.

Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and inspiring a creative team.

Technical Proficiency: Mastery of design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
