Role Overview:
As the Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for spearheading SOULCHI’s innovation efforts, overseeing the entire R&D process from ideation to product development. You will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to align R&D initiatives with business goals, ensuring that our technology remains competitive and disruptive in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand marketing goals and translate them into compelling graphic designs that drive engagement and conversion.
- Design and develop responsive and user-friendly graphics such as posters, social media banners, etc. that reflect our brand identity and messaging.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Optimize web graphics, images, and other assets for performance and accessibility across various devices and platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the design and functionality of our web properties.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and adherence to social media standards.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to inform design decisions and enhance the overall user experience.
- Support ongoing website maintenance, updates, and optimizations to ensure a smooth and consistent user journey.
