Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design user-centric interfaces and experiences for Nolana’s platform.

Own the design process end-to-end, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and final implementation.

Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and improve product usability and functionality.

Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency and scalability across the platform.

Translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences that empower users.

Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

Stay updated on design trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role, preferably in SaaS or tech-focused environments.

Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in design tools like Figma.

Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.

Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable designs.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
