Schedule: 4 or 5 days per week

Rate: £400 – £500 per day
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll join our Engagement Squad, focusing on delivering impactful design solutions for the Paired app while we search for a full-time team member. Your role will be critical in refining features, enhancing the user experience, and ensuring design excellence across the platform.
You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers to craft innovative features that delight our users and expand the app’s offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in iterative design cycles to test and refine new concepts
Translate ideas into high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes that meet user needs and business goals
Develop rapid prototypes for user testing and internal review
Apply best practices in UX/UI design to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces
Clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into iterations
Contribute to and maintain our existing design system to ensure scalability and consistency
Extensive background in designing for subscription-based apps, with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX, UI, and visual design skills
Ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements, deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
High proficiency in Figma
A self-starter mindset, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and propose innovative design solutions.
Experience contributing to existing design systems to ensure scalability and consistency
Ability to commit to the project with flexibility to adapt hours if required.
You are a resident of the UK or EU, legally entitled to work as a freelancer, and comfortable with remote work
