We follow Marty Cagan’s principles from Inspired: How to Create Tech Products Customers Love, emphasizing rapid experimentation, deep user empathy, and continuous iteration.

What You’ll Do
– Own the end-to-end design process, from research and wireframing to final UI execution.
– Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to craft seamless, intuitive experiences.
– Prototype and test designs rapidly, iterating based on real-world usage and feedback.
– Develop a cohesive design system that ensures consistency and clarity across the product.
– Simplify complex workflows, making sophisticated functionality feel effortless.
– Apply best-in-class usability principles, ensuring the interface is both beautiful and functional.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience designing SaaS or software applications with a focus on minimalism and usability.
✅ Expertise in modern UI tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping tools (Framer, Principle).
✅ Strong UX fundamentals, with a deep understanding of user research, interaction design, and accessibility.
✅ Ability to translate complex interactions into intuitive user interfaces with minimal cognitive load.
✅ Experience designing for both desktop and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless cross-device experiences.
✅ Startup mindset—able to move fast, iterate quickly, and balance data-driven insights with intuition.
✅ A strong eye for aesthetics—you value whitespace, clean typography, and modern, minimalistic design.
