As a Client Success Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch customer service for well-known brands. Must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
High-speed internet, computer, and headset that meet system requirements.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated in a remote environment.
Availability to complete training and certification (virtual).
Prior customer service, call center, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
Salary Range: $34,953 – $43,567 per year.
