What You Will Do:
- Product Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute a compelling product roadmap aligned with the company’s vision and customer needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product delivery and market fit.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage user feedback, analytics, and market research to refine and optimize product features.
- Innovation & Execution: Identify opportunities for product innovation, lead ideation sessions, and oversee feature development from concept to launch.
- Growth Initiatives: Collaborate on go-to-market strategies, user acquisition campaigns, and long-term business scaling efforts.
- Leadership Development: Take on increasing levels of responsibility with a clear path to transitioning into a C level role.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies tailored to the SMB B2B segment. Identify key channels, platforms, and tactics that resonate with SMB decision-makers.
- Demand Generation: Design and execute campaigns to generate qualified leads, focusing on ROI. Leverage account-based marketing (ABM) for targeting high-value SMB accounts.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns. Use A/B testing, personalization, and advanced analytics to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Budget Management: Allocate resources efficiently to achieve maximum ROI. Measure the impact of each campaign to justify spending and refine strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the tech or e-commerce space, ideally with a focus on AI/ML or SaaS solutions.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to grow into a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset with a track record of making impactful decisions based on analytics and user feedback.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to balance long-term vision and immediate priorities.
- Fluent English (C1 level or higher) and fluent Ukrainian.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms like Amazon or Shopify.
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their applications in SaaS products.
- Demonstrated success in scaling products or business units.
