We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer with 0-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of visual aesthetics, the ability to translate ideas into compelling designs, and a passion for creating visually appealing solutions. A foundation, or interest in front-end and/or back-end web technologies and ability to design and/or build high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly web applications is also helpful. Key Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including websites, branding, identities/logos, marketing materials, and more.

Develop and refine design concepts, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes based on project requirements.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Adapt and iterate designs based on feedback from clients and key stakeholders.

Ensure consistency across all visual assets and communications.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance brand identity and user experience.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, UI/UX Design, or a related field – or equivalent experience.

0-5 years of professional experience in design, either through internships, freelance work, or full-time roles.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or similar software.

Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing.

Web application design with consideration of responsive layouts and the understanding of UX/UI principles and web accessibility standards.

Basic knowledge of, and potential to develop, maintain, and optimize websites and web applications using modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python, Java, or similar.

Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
