We are seeking talented Content Pitchers to join our team and bring a high output of creative, pitch-worthy topics to the table.
Role Overview:
As a Content Pitcher, your primary responsibility will be to brainstorm and pitch 15 creative, engaging, and trend-aligned video topics per day. Your work will directly contribute to shaping the direction of our content and ensuring that we remain at the forefront of YouTube trends.
Trial Process:
Before joining us full-time, candidates will undergo a trial during which they will:
Pitch 4-5 unique video topics.
Provide thumbnail style ideas to match each pitch.
Share it in a document.
Compensation:
$15 per hour.
Hours: 3 hours per day (15 topics per day).
Key Responsibilities:
Research and pitch a minimum of 15 compelling video topics per day tailored to our YouTube audience.
Generate ideas for thumbnail styles that align with the topics and YouTube trends.
Stay up-to-date with trending content, themes, and video formats on YouTube.
Maintain a high standard of creativity and relevance in all pitches.
Qualifications:
Exceptional creativity and ability to generate unique, high-quality content ideas.
Strong understanding of YouTube trends, algorithms, and audience preferences.
Excellent research skills to identify trending topics.
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and maintain consistent output.
Experience in content pitching or video ideation is a plus, but not required.
