The Customer Success Manager on the Scale & Growth Team is the main POC of the client throughout the client experience cycle. CSM’s are here to provide advice on how to best structure internal processes to drive growth while using Deel’s product adoption and help the client with their remote global workforce.
Clients that sit within the Scale & Growth team are Tier 3 clients, managing up to 200 accounts (at least to start; this may increase over time if we need to based on bandwidth)
