We are looking for a creative to join the Dream Team! You will lead the development of our assets, with the support of a team of contractors that specialize in 3D renders, video, and content.

• Oversee the creation of assets to meet brand, business, and department objectives.

  Bachelor’s (or higher, e.g., MS, or PhD) degree in Art, Design, or related design field, or equivalent technical experience.

  
  
  

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative production role for consumer products, with a preference for regulated environments such as healthcare, supplements, and wearables.

• Experience creating, managing, and executing creative campaigns.

  
  

• Experience designing assets that have resulted in increased marketing efficiency.

• Experience writing conversion optimized copy. This could be email campaigns, advertisements, scripts, etc.

  
  
  

• Experience writing to a specific brand voice. This could be ghost writing, writing for an app, or corporate communications.

• Experience briefing and managing the creation of digital experiences such as websites and apps

  
  

• Experience briefing and managing the creation of physical experiences such as tradeshows

• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, and Canva

  
  

• Experience contributing to go-to-market strategies

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work with and brief external vendors, make design decisions, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
