We are In Control SEL & Can Do U, an education company that provides zero-prep, high-engagement video-based curriculum for middle and high schools across the U.S. Our programs help school counselors and principals solve real challenges, including increasing student engagement, overcoming teacher resistance, and measuring non-academic skills.
We’re looking for an experienced SDR who knows how to prospect effectively, engage leads, and book meetings that turn into revenue. If you are not comfortable with rejection, struggle with self-motivation, or need constant supervision, this is not the role for you. However, if you enjoy the challenge of identifying the right prospects, starting meaningful conversations, and consistently setting up qualified sales calls, we would love to speak with you.
Responsibilities
- Make 50+ outbound calls per day to school counselors and principals.
- Send personalized emails and social media messages to engage prospects.
- Follow a structured outreach cadence that includes calls, voicemails, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Set 8-12 qualified meetings per week with decision-makers.
- Qualify leads effectively and ensure meetings are scheduled with high-intent prospects.
- Log all activities in HubSpot CRM and keep the sales pipeline updated.
- Handle objections professionally and guide conversations toward solutions.
