About the Role
We are seeking a creative and experienced Copywriter Team Lead to oversee and elevate our copywriting efforts. In this role, you will guide a remote team of copywriters, ensuring all content meets our high standards of quality, clarity, and effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with other departments to create engaging, SEO-optimized sales copy that drives client success on the Walmart marketplace.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of copywriters, ensuring they meet performance goals and maintain high-quality standards.

Provide mentorship, feedback, and training to team members to enhance their skills.

Review and approve copy for Walmart marketplace listings, advertising campaigns, and other e-commerce content.

Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, is SEO-optimized, and effectively communicates client messaging.

Collaborate with account managers, designers, and other teams to prioritize and execute client projects.

Conduct competitor research to ensure our content remains innovative and effective.

Assess and assist in the onboarding of new copywriters.

Continuously analyze and improve team workflows for greater efficiency.
