DC&Co is seeking a highly motivated and organized Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is perfect for a passionate designer who is talented in visual design and skilled in website and motion design. You’ll be working with a team that values collaboration, innovation, and pushing creative boundaries.

• Develop seamless user experiences through UX design.

  
  

• Create engaging motion designs and videos.

• Produce high-quality illustrations with a strong focus on abstract representation.

  
  

• Responsible for following through the design process and efficiently managing timelines and deliverables.

• Maintain accountability for design tasks and contribute to a remote-first work culture.

  
  

• Use your expert-level skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Figma, and Webflow, as well as other design tools.

• Apply creative problem-solving skills to deliver solutions that meet client needs and push the envelope of design.

  
  

• The designer will be expected to work on templates in PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Canva, etc., making assets convenient for clients.

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX design and motion graphics.

  
  

• Expertise in UX design and motion design.

• Experience with Webflow (preferred), Wordpress and/or Hubspot platforms.

  
  

• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software.

• Talented illustrator with a keen eye for detail and story-driven visuals.

  
  

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present and explain your work to the team as well as directly to clients.

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and accountability in a remote work environment.
