Our Product team obsesses over delivering innovative tools to serve the businesses that choose FanBasis as their platform to scale on. We are data-driven, learn the why behind problems, focus on use cases, and talk to our customers on every occasion.

We are looking for a seasoned Product Designer to guide and shape our growing team. In this role, you will oversee the design of our desktop, and mobile apps, and play a key role in the design and development of new features. This role reports directly to our Chief Product Officer.

This role is ideal for someone who likes taking a hands-on approach to leadership, enjoys the challenge of managing a dynamic team, and is passionate about solving complex problems with simple and elegant solutions. We are looking for fast movers and someone who understands problem solving on a deeper level. They understand the vision, and they just get it.

As our Senior Product Designer, you’re more than a designer—you’re also a CX Architect. You’ll collaborate directly with our product and development teams to craft the future of our platform, shaping user journeys that feel intuitive and look exceptional. If you love transforming complex problems into simple, delightful interfaces, this role is for you.

• Ideate, map, and design intuitive user flows and interfaces for a modern SaaS platform.

  
  

• Help redefine our brand identity—think fresh color palettes, typography, and visual consistency.

• Design user-centric dashboards, builders, and features that prioritize clarity, aesthetics, and functionality.

  
  

• Create scalable design systems and components for consistency across our product.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to align design with user needs and business goals.

  
  

• You’re a problem solver—someone who approaches user flows like puzzles waiting to be mastered.

• You have a keen eye for aesthetics and an obsession with clean, functional design.

  
  

• You bring 5+ years of experience designing for SaaS platforms or complex web applications.

• You’ve got expertise in Figma (or equivalent tools) and experience working with design systems.

  
  

• You’re collaborative, self-motivated, and excited to leave your mark on an ambitious platform.

• Experience in the B2B space

  
  

• Familiarity with the Make Money Online / Digital Products space

• Experience in sales or with sales tools
