Intree is hiring for a position of Product Designer in Remote Full Time

We’re on a mission to create a healthier social media platform—one where people, businesses, and communities connect on their own terms. 

And to get there, we need a talented designer who loves building mobile and web experiences that truly help people. If you want to help shape a product that’s rethinking social media from the ground up, we’d love to meet you!

This is a full-time position and remote-friendly. In this role you’ll work closely with a seasoned, senior designer.

• You’ll produce production-ready designs based either based on a brief or wireframes and user flows created by our lead designer.

  
  

• As part of the design process, you’ll work closely with developers and consider their input to ensure everything is both engaging and practical to ship.

  
  

• You’ll regularly clean up design drafts and publish them to our shared component library, ensuring we have a consistent look and can increase our speed of shipping by leveraging previous work.

  Because we’re a small team, you’ll be close to decision-making and have a real impact every week on how the product is shaped. 

• Get opportunities to take part in every step of the design process, from user research to wireframing, to high-fidelity designs in Figma and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

  
  

• 3-5 years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator for visual assets.

  
  

• A plus if you’ve dabbled with Android and iOS native components, or have closely partnered with developers who’ve worked in Kotlin, SwiftUI or Tailwind/Vue.

• Experience designing mobile apps (especially social apps) is a big plus, but not a must—as long as you’ve shipped app designs.

  Strong communication skills—you can effectively present your ideas and incorporate feedback and be proactive with your communication to make it easy for your team mates.

  Comfort working in a small, fast-paced team, where we constantly balance scheduled work with being responsive to new opportunities. 

  
  

• Full-time role, office hours between 9 – 17 CET.

• Open to remote candidates worldwide.
