Tilt (check us out here) is looking for a Manager of Social Media and Community to join our team and help us scale our business by growing our brand through social media channels. This position is a full-time role reporting to the VP of Marketing. We want you to be successful here at Tilt! Job Description: Responsibilities
- You will drive organic social media engagement by generating and executing a social media strategy across various platforms
- You will oversee the conception, production, and distribution of content that delights, informs, entertains, and earns Tilt an ever-increasing share of voice across all owned social channels.
- You will work cross functionally across the business to activate Tilt employees to participate in our social and community campaigns.
- You will maintain and contribute to editorial content calendars related to various social media platforms
- You will monitor industry content and competitive marketing to inform relevant and timely content creation and distribution strategies
- You will review and report on analytics to gain channel & content performance insights through research and evaluation
- You will assist in various marketing projects to support the team
- You will cultivate and activate an army of 500+ Tilt superfans (customers) by creating a customer community.
- You will create a flywheel of content about, and created by, Tilt’s customers that feeds the other content-creating programs.
