We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who thrives in high-energy, fast-moving marketing environments—someone who can take a concept and build a stunning, strategic visual identity that sells.
This role is all about ownership—not just creating assets but developing entire campaign aesthetics that drive results. A huge focus will be building mini-brands for Live Launches, ensuring each campaign has a unique yet cohesive identity that captivates, converts, and leaves a lasting impression.
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be the creative lead behind our marketing campaigns, focusing on crafting visuals that tell our brand’s story and drive measurable results. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing teams to develop cohesive designs for digital ads, email campaigns, website graphics, social media, presentations, and print collateral. Beyond aesthetics, you’ll play a leadership role, mentoring junior designers, ensuring brand consistency, and aligning design efforts with business objectives.

🎨 RESPONSIBILITIES:
Branding & Campaign Development for Live Launches:

Create small, high-impact brand identities for each Live Launch (logos, color schemes, typography, aesthetics).

Design ads, landing pages, email visuals, presentation decks, social graphics, and video assets that make each launch irresistible.

Ensure every campaign has a distinctive yet cohesive visual feel within the larger brand identity.

Work closely with marketing to craft strategic, conversion-driven design solutions that engage and sell.
High-Level Marketing & Design Execution:

Own the design execution for all marketing initiatives, from digital ads to high-converting web experiences.

Develop top-tier campaign assets—premium, polished, and strategically designed to drive engagement and conversions.

Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to ensure that every design has meaning and persuasive power.

Create persuasive pitch decks, sales presentations, and investor-facing materials that make an impact.
Creative Vision & Innovation:

💼 REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a focus on marketing.

Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (motion graphic tools like After Effects or equivalent are required).

A strong portfolio showcasing top-notch designs, motion graphics, and brand storytelling.

Proven ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
