We are looking for a Motion Designer to join us remotely. At Clay, Motion Designers play a pivotal role in crafting immersive digital experiences at Clay. As a Motion Designer, you will collaborate with talented and multifaceted experts to bring ideas to life, utilizing your expertise in complex interface animations, 2D infographics, 2D character animation, and frame-by-frame animation. Join our team and make a tangible impact on the digital world.
Requirements
- You have a high-level knowledge of software, particularly After Effects and its plugins
- You understand the intricacies of interface animation, both real and cinematic, and stay updated on aesthetic and technological trends in motion design
- You are able to explain design solutions to individuals who have no understanding of design or animation
- You strive to be more than just a performer and actively engage in the project’s processes, considering its objectives
- You possess the ability to find simple solutions to complex problems and have a desire to optimize the workflow by utilizing scripts, plugins, and tools to streamline routine tasks
- You demonstrate good taste and deliver neat work in your motion design projects
- Your English level is Intermediate and above
