The Sr. Campaign Insights Analyst contributes as a member of a production delivery team and collaborates with internal/external stakeholders to plan, execute, and measure email marketing campaigns.
The Sr. Campaign Insights Analyst must understand the end-to-end email campaign lifecycle, client objectives, testing strategies, campaign requirements, customer offers, creative messaging, audience segmentation, and historic campaign performance so they can provide insights and recommendations on strategy.
The candidate will also be responsible for gathering and reviewing segmentation requirements, coordinating campaign splits and creative versions, analyzing engagement and attribution reports, providing insights and recommendations on audience performance and testing, creating content for monthly and quarterly business reviews, handling ad-hoc requests, driving operational improvements, and contributing to strategy meetings.
