Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced romance novel author with excellent writing and editing skills to join our growing team as a Senior Editor to help us grow our library of curated books. We’re not just looking for an editor – we’re seeking a visionary who can breathe new life into love stories. This is a full-time and fully remote position, offering flexibility and creative freedom. As our Senior Editor, you’ll be the alchemist who turns good stories into unforgetting experiences, alongside our growing team of creatives.
What Sets You Apart:

You love romance novels and read at least 4-5 a month

You’ve either written or ghostwritten 3 romance novels that have been published, and can link those books for us to review

You have minimum 3 years of experience writing or editing professionally

You have a perfect grasp of written and spoken English

Deep understanding of what people want to read when it comes to romance stories

You have the ability to work independently and can collaborate cross-functionally when you need to

You can be brutally honest with edits that are needed to improve a story

You have strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to meet tight deadlines
