About the Role
As an SEO Research Specialist at Pearl Talent, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our online visibility and driving organic traffic. You’ll conduct in-depth keyword research, analyze competitor strategies, and optimize our website to improve search engine rankings and attract qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases used by potential customers.
- Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies to identify strengths and weaknesses, developing strategies to outperform them.
- Data Analysis: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Search Console to track website performance, traffic patterns, and user behavior, providing insights for optimization.
- Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content aligned with keyword strategies and enhances user engagement.
- Technical SEO: Assess and implement technical SEO improvements, including site structure, page speed, and mobile optimization to enhance search engine crawling and indexing.
- Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the website’s architecture and coding.
- Monitoring Algorithm Changes: Regularly monitor search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain and improve rankings.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on SEO performance metrics, including keyword rankings, traffic sources, and conversion rates, to inform stakeholders of progress and areas for improvement.
