Summary:
The Servicing Voice, Vendor Relations, and Performance Manager is responsible for overseeing vendor relationships, managing performance metrics, and ensuring effective communication with thirdâ€party agencies. This role involves evaluating vendor performance, operational processes, and the effectiveness of servicing strategies to drive efficiency, compliance, and service quality. By fostering collaboration across internal departments and external partners, the Manager ensures alignment with company goals and the successful execution of strategic initiatives. Additionally, the position focuses on maintaining consistent oversight of operational outcomes, analyzing performance trends, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization within the servicing framework.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee vendor performance by monitoring metrics, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with service agreements. Develop and maintain performance scorecards for vendors and thirdâ€party agencies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of servicing strategies and operational processes, providing actionable recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.
- Maintain effective communication with thirdâ€party agencies and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals, strategy execution, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with crossâ€functional departments to design, refine, and implement strategic initiatives that drive servicing performance and operational excellence.
- Analyze and interpret performance trends, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance outcomes.
- Provide regular and adâ€hoc reporting, including data visualizations, to stakeholders to track progress and ensure transparency.
