Role Overview
As a Product Designer at Social Snowball, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the user experience and design of our platform. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, visually appealing, and innovative solutions that solve user challenges and drive business outcomes. Your work will impact thousands of e-commerce brands and marketers, helping them achieve success in a competitive space.
Key Responsibilities

User-Centric Design: Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and data insights.

Product Development: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design and iterate on new features and functionalities.

Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions.

Design System: Establish and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across the platform.

Research & Validation: Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate on designs based on feedback and performance metrics.

Collaboration: Partner with engineering to ensure seamless implementation of designs and uphold high-quality standards.
Requirements

Experience: 3+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related field.

Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, user-centered designs, and ability to solve complex problems.

Skills:

Excellent understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to various stakeholders.

Experience with designing for SaaS platforms, ideally in the e-commerce or marketing space, is a plus.
