Position Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Staff Engineer with deep expertise in the software industry with emphasis on application development using Gen AI and Machine Learning. In this role, you will drive the architectural vision for our AI enterprise platform, ensuring we build scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems leveraging LLMs, Machine learning and agentic AI framework. You’ll partner with leadership, product, and engineering teams to shape the technical roadmap, mentor engineers, and solve complex problems that scale our AI systems to support rapid growth.
As a Staff Engineer, you will set technical direction, lead critical initiatives, and be a key decision-maker on AI strategies, ensuring our platform stays at the forefront of innovation and security.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of large-scale, mission-critical AI enterprise agentic platform that integrates with other Goodleap systems and services.
- Architect highly scalable, resilient, and secure systems that can handle large volumes and traffic.
- Provide technical leadership across teams, guiding decisions on architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Drive cross-functional projects to enhance the integration, reliability and performance of our AI enterprise platform.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including legal standards.
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and technical excellence.
- Evaluate and implement new emerging technologies and tools to continuously improve our systems and development processes.
- Contribute to key architectural decisions, including the design of microservices and the adoption of new AI technologies including LLMs, Voice, Image etc.
