When are returns and refunds accepted

To process a Return

  • Return requests must be submitted to our support email address within 30 days of receiving the item. Please submit the following:  order number, name, date of purchase to this email address.

  • Photographic evidence showing products are still in “like-new” condition, and have been properly packaged into original packaging must be provided. All items must be returned in the original packaging. IMPORTANT: Without the original packaging, items can be damaged during return transit.

  • Once approved, we’ll issue an Returns number and a return shipping label. Return authorizations expire 30 days after approval.

  • You can either choose to bring the package to the local carrier center to return to Remote Tribe or call the carrier directly to arrange a pickup but Remote Tribe will not cover the pickup fee if any.

  • Returns are typically inspected and processed within 5 business days of receipt.

  • We’ll issue a refund to your original payment method once we process your return. Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

  • Remote Tribe has the right to deny a refund if your returned package(s) is dropped off at the carrier center a 1 day after the 30 day grace period.

Shipping Fees

  • We’ll provide a prepaid label if you initiate a return request within the 30 day window. 
  • Return shipping is free to customers within the contiguous U.S. for Remote Tribe  products that are eligible for the 30 day return policy.

  • Due to high shipping fees and other shipping regulations, return is not allowed for items shipped to Hawaii and Alaska. Our warranty covers Remote Tribe products in the aforementioned markets. 

Warranty

If a product you purchased from Remote Tribe arrives damaged or defective, our Warranty policy covers you. We advise inspecting all shipments immediately upon arrival. Be sure to note any damage to the boxes when signing for the delivery.

Promptly report any evidence of loss or damage to our customer service team.

You must notify us within one week of delivery. Otherwise, Remote Tribe reserves the right to deny your claim.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

 If your product arrives damaged, you can return it without the above exception. We recommend that all shipments be inspected immediately upon arrival. Please make note of any damage to boxes when signing for the shipment.

  • Report any losses or damages promptly to the our support team on this support email.

  • Notification must be made within one week of delivery. Otherwise, Remote Tribe reserves the right to deny your claim request.

  • Save all packaging until the trial period has ended in case of return.

Please let us know immediately if your order does not arrive within the delivery time frame. We cannot be responsible for claims filed more than 30 days after the delivery period.
